Heavily dominated by Chinese production, CSPG is produced by further processing mine generated graphite concentrate. It acts as a crucial feed material in the production of Li-ion battery anodes
Conservative price assumptions of an average of $7,800 per metric tonne for CSPG suggest the global lithium-ion battery grade graphite market will grow from approximately $5Bn to over $27Bn by 2030.
The current prefeasibility study will complement the scoping study completed by Evion in early 2023, that demonstrates a compelling commercial case for the development of a BAM production facility in Europe
Product from the Maniry Graphite Project has been independently tested over the last 2-3 years by both tier 1 end-users and laboratories. All test work to date indicates that the Maniry product is highly suitable for use in the growing Li-ion battery / EV markets.
