About Us
Evion Group (ASX: EVG) is a fully integrated critical minerals developer, anchored by a portfolio of strategic graphite and industrial mineral assets spanning Madagascar, India, Europe and the United States.
At the core of the portfolio is the Maniry Graphite Project in Southern Madagascar, supported by a completed Bankable Feasibility Study. Maniry is positioned to deliver high‑grade graphite concentrates and value‑added products into rapidly expanding global markets.
Evion’s downstream capabilities are underpinned by its joint venture in India, where expandable graphite is currently being produced and exported as part of the Company’s integrated mine‑to‑market supply chain.
In the United States, Evion holds an exclusive option to acquire the CARP Fluorspar Project in Nevada - a historically producing, high‑grade critical mineral asset located in a Tier‑1 jurisdiction. Fluorspar is vital to semiconductor manufacturing, battery technologies, aerospace and defence, and the U.S. remains entirely dependent on imports.
By advancing both graphite and fluorspar opportunities, Evion stands as the only ASX‑listed company with exposure to these two essential critical mineral supply chains, contributing to secure, resilient and responsibly sourced materials for global industry.
