About Us
Evion Group (ASX:EVG) is a vertically integrated graphite developer with projects being developed in Madagascar, India and Europe.
The Company holds the flagship Maniry Graphite Project which is located in Southern Madagascar, with the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) recently completed and a focus on value added products which are in high demand.
Evion is currently involved in several downstream value added graphite processing opportunities in both India and Europe – prime locations for downstream graphite product demand.

Board & Management
Evion Group Board and management are all highly experienced with expertise in the mining, critical commodities and graphite industries. Mr Round has over 20 years senior executive experience in capital markets, mine operations and specifically in the development of critical minerals supply chain businesses.

As EVG Finance Director, Mr Round led the development of the Company’s JV in India and established offtake and supply agreements to support this operation.

Previously Head of Finance, Sales & Marketing at Australian graphite producer, Bass Metals Ltd, David led a large and experienced finance department and, critically, developed sales, marketing, and logistics networks for the supply of Graphite to the USA, India, throughout Europe and China.

Mr Round has a well recognised global network within the graphite mining, processing and downstream sectors and has extensive corporate and operational experience in Madagascar, other parts of Africa, the USA, Europe and Asia.

Mr Round has built a technically advanced team that will help drive the Company’s ambitions to be a leader in the critical minerals sector and contribute to the worlds transition to alternative, green powered energy.

Previously the Chief Executive Officer of established lithium and graphite exploration Company, Greenwing Resources Ltd.

He was also previously the Managing Director and CEO of ASX Listed Highlands Pacific Limited and prior to that CFO for 9 years.

Craig has vast experience working internationally with funding partners and corporate transactions including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings and debt funding.

Craig is a Chartered Accountant, has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance with FINSIA and is a member of the Australian Institute of Directors.

Mr Lennon is also currently the Head of Asia Pacific for TSXV Listed Nickel 28 Capital Corp, a leading battery metals investment vehicle.

Mr Hazeldine has more than 20 years of capital markets experience from working with a range of ASX-listed companies on investor relations activities, predominately in the natural resources sector.

In recent years, he has played a key role in several lithium, hydrogen and battery materials transactions.

Mr Hazeldine is a founding director of investor and corporate communications firm Purple (formerly Cannings Purple).

He is a winner of Business News’ 40 Under 40 award, which recognises the top 40 entrepreneurs in WA under the age of 40.

Mr Hazeldine is the Chair of battery materials company ChemX Materials (ASX:CMX) and former Chair and Non-Executive Director of Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) and a current board member of Surfing WA, Curtin University Business and Law School and has held a range of advisory and Board positions with not-for-profit organisations.

Kah Yan Lim joined Evion Group NL in December 2021 as Group Financial Controller.

She has over 20 years of professional corporate financial reporting and compliance experience primarily in the resource sector across different commodities.

Prior to joining Evion Group, Kah Yan was the Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager of CITIC Pacific Mining, a large-scale iron ore producer. She has also held roles as Financial Controller and Group Technical Accounting Adviser with various ASX-listed and non-listed corporations.

She spent the earlier part of her career in international accounting firms Deloitte and Ernst & Young in both Perth and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mr Marquetoux holds more than 20 years of extensive experience in business administration and project management in Madagascar.

Prior to joining Evion Group in 2019, he held a number of senior administrative and financial positions focused on audit, internal control, and reporting at UNIMA Group, one of Madagascars leading private industrial groups.

Since 2018 he has held the position as Chairman of the Chamber of Mines of Madagascar.

Over 40 years’ experience in the mining industry on operational, project management and consulting metallurgist roles in various commodities and international locations.

Has held project management roles in nickel, niobium, and gold studies for Australian and African Projects.

As a metallurgist he has been in the forefront of a number of new and complex operational projects and technologies, including flotation of base metals, nickel laterite hydrometallurgy, heap leaching of gold and copper and chloride leach technologies.

Heads up a diverse team of consultants and contractors to deliver the Maniry Graphite Project.

General Manager - Development

Lydia brings extensive experience in the region, having successfully guided Next Source as a General Manager through their transition from explorer to miner in the same region as our proposed operations in Madagascar.

Lydia is responsible for securing all necessary permits and licences for the proposed Maniry Graphite project in Southern Madagascar, ensuring the project is fully authorized to enter its development phase.

Lydia will also oversee the completion of our Relocation Action Plan (“RAP”) by securing land and through the completion of Evion’s additional Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) on the graphite exploitation, facilitating the project’s progression to the development stage.
